What we collect, and what we don't.
Hinru is not built yet. Right now this site does one thing, it takes your email so we can tell you when the beta opens. This page covers that, in plain terms.

The short version
- We collect your email address, and, if you fill out the optional beta application, the answers you type into it. Nothing else.
- We do not use cookies, analytics, trackers, or advertising pixels on this site. There is nothing to opt out of, because there is nothing running.
- We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- You can have everything deleted at any time by asking. See Deleting your data.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist
Your email address. That's the whole record.
If you also fill out the beta application
The optional questions on the waitlist form. Every one of them is something you chose to type or select:
- The save you're currently playing
- Roughly how many hours you've put into Football Manager
- Which assistant or AI tools you already use, if any
- What a tool like this would be worth to you monthly
- What you'd want it to remember
- Where you spend time in the FM community
- Whether you're open to a conversation with us
We also record the date you submitted. Every field is optional except your email, and you can skip the application entirely and still join the list.
What we do not collect
No name unless you type one into an answer. No payment details, we don't take payment. No location, no device fingerprint, no browsing history, no IP-based profiling. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
Why we collect it
- Your email: to tell you when the beta opens, and to send occasional updates about the build. Nothing else goes to that list.
- Your application answers: to understand who wants this and shape what we build, and to decide who to invite into the first cohort.
We don't do anything else with either. There is no advertising business here.
Who else touches it
Three companies process this data on our behalf. Each one only gets the part it needs to do its job.

Each of them publishes its own privacy terms: Beehiiv, Airtable, Vercel.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
We keep beta applications while we're building and selecting the first cohort. If you ask us to delete yours, we delete it.
Your rights, and deleting your data
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- See what we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete all of it
- Get a copy of it in a portable format
Email hello@odumworld.com and we'll do it. There is no form to fill out and no hoops. We aim to respond within 30 days, and in practice it will be much faster, this is a three-person company and the list is small.
If you're in the UK or EU, the GDPR gives you these rights formally, and our legal basis for holding your email is your consent, which you gave by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted their email, write to us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this page
If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll email the list rather than quietly editing.
